Kettle Corps’ signature nutrition program, NutriCorps*, isn’t about dieting. It’s about giving you the necessary tools to change the way you eat so you can change the way you look and feel. Recent studies have proven that the right diet can amplify fitness results by up to 400%. That’s why our NutriCorps counseling sessions cover topics ranging from how to eat lightly (and enjoy it) to grocery shopping, dining out and secrets to changing unhealthy eating habits. When you add smart nutrition to regular workouts, you have a supercharged program for meeting all your fitness goals.
NutriCorps starts with 3 private one-on-one sessions, each covering a variety of topics. Also included are weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and access to a food and exercise journal to track your progress. The evaluations and education you will receive from our qualified personal trainers includes everything from determining baseline data, to changing eating habits, to learning how to best eat at home and in restaurants for optimal results.
You will be working closely with your Kettle Corps Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach to guide you through the skills needed to put the basics of a healthy and fit lifestyle into practice.
Learning these things and more will set you on the path to a healthy and fit lifestyle. After completing the three session course, our trainers will offer continual tracking of your progress by following up with regular weekly discussions about your accountability journal and personal challenges.
