Its not enough to just do it, we must do it right. This means halfway done reps won’t get you there, poor form won’t get you there, and mindless motion won’t get you there. To get where you want to be physically, you must train on purpose. The Kettle Corps program utilizes something called, Technical Progression Training (TPT) which simply means you can ONLY progress by using proper form.
